The East Liverpool Community Partnership in Revitalization invites you to help further its mission of advancing the vitality, vibrancy and prosperity of Downtown – the Ceramic City of Ohio. Since 2015, the ELCPR has supported and promoted Downtown East Liverpool and its businesses through marketing campaigns, advocacy efforts and the annual production of community programming, festivals, retail promotions and special events that drive traffic to the district.
